Its first jump into the watch market was in 1983 when it launched the first G-Shock watch, the DW-5000C. Since then it has brought out many different models from simple fashion watches, to extremely high-tech models such as Pro-Trek that include, thermometers, altimeters, a compass, and all kinds of other functions.</p>
<p>One of the most well known series of Casio watches in the Wave Ceptor, which are radio controlled. They use that function to ensure accuracy.</p>
